Payment terms: After completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from receipt of invoice. Entry will be refused to delegates who have not paid their invoice in full. A credit card guarantee may be requested if payment has not been received in full before the event. There is a 50% liability on all bookings once made by website or email. A no refunds policy exists for cancellations received on or after one month before the event. To avoid any doubts, ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC does not refund any payment for cancellations received in writing on or after one month before the event. Should you decide to cancel after this date the full invoice must be paid.
Terms and Conditions: If you have registered for the event, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC of any changes to this information. Each registration to the event is for a single individual only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. However, if you cannot attend the conference, you may make a substitution (colleague) at least one week before first day of the event, as long as we are informed in writing by email. Name changes and substitutions must be from the same company.
ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC reserves the right to alter the conference content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC also has the right to switch the conference into virtual space on web at any time by notifying you. A virtual event means an online conference on the web in which any conference participant, client, delegate etc. can participate at the current time. In these cases, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.
The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC [Force Majeure: meaning any circumstances beyond the control of ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC, including without limitations to any Act of God, governmental restrain, fire, tempest, strike or lock-down (other than by ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC own employees or agents), pandemic, war or act of terrorism]. If the event is postponed or cancelled for reasons indicated in this section, ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC is entitled to switch the event into virtual space on web or you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid (hereinafter as “voucher”). This voucher may be used for another event and must be redeemed within one year from the date. To avoid any doubts, if you do not use the voucher within one year from the date of cancellation of the event, you lose the right to the voucher. If this case of Force Majeure persists, ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC is entitled to postpone the virtual event several times.
We strongly advise all our conference clients / delegates to take out travel insurance. The conference fee includes refreshments, lunch and conference material for the event. This fee does not include travel, hotel accommodation, transfers or insurance (which ALLAN LLOYDS DMCC strongly recommend you obtain). We may store and process your information for administrative purposes and to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services. In addition, we may use that information to contact you. Please complete the registration form in full so that we can contact you and provide you with our best services.
